Издание адресовано студентам и педагогам музыкальных учебных заведений, пианистам. Nikolai Malakhovsky (1892–1942) was a St. Petersburg-based composer. He graduated from the Leningrad Conservatory in 1925, having been a composition student of Maximillian Steinberg. He wrote music for chamber ensembles, orchestra, solo piano, and voice and piano, as well as music for theatre and cinema. Malakhovsky’s works continue the best traditions of the Russian romantic school. This volume is comprised of the composer's two sonatas and foxtrot for piano. The edition is addressed to students and teachers of music schools and conservatories, as well as professional pianists. |
